Backup and Restore

SHOWRUNNER™ provides backup and restore capabilities.  Backups contain all of the necessary configuration files along with all graphics and extensions associated with the project.  Credentials are stored encrypted and require an encrypted export.  When the backup is exported a user provided secret is required to encrypt the export.  They secret will be needed to import the credentials when restoring the backup.

Downloading your Backup SHOWRUNNER™ files:

Enter Setup/ File Management/ Select the Backup Option.

Enter Secret Key that will be used to for Restore purposes. Once a Secret Key is entered you will be allowed to Download your project files.

Restoring your SHOWRUNNER™ Backup:

Enter Setup/ File Management/ Restore.

Choose your back up file

Enter the Secret Key used to download your Backup Files

If the Incorrect Secret Key is entered, you will be prompted and will not be allowed to Restart your system with your backup files.

After the correct Secret Key is Authorized, you will be allowed to Restart your System
