SHOWRUNNER™ stopped working after my CP3N or CP4N lost power?

By default, Crestron processors will attempt to load the program at the same time as the router is booting up. Since showrunner™ uses the router's MAC address to validate the license, this can result in a situation where the license fails validation and the program will not start unless a "progreset" is performed.

Connect to the processor via Text Console and type "startprogafterrouter"

  • If the processor replies with "Start Programs After Router Initialized: OFF" then this is likely the reason why showrunner™ did not start correctly.
    • Type the command "startprogafterrouter on" to force the processor to wait until the router has booted up before starting the showrunner™ program.
    • Type the command "progreset" to force the program to restart.
